KF-A

       CONCRETE CLASS TRANSFORMING ADMIXTURE provides stable features of High 

Performance Concrete when applied by: 

• 8 ½ Lbs/CY or 5Kg/m3 into conventional concrete mix,
  

• 12 Lbs/CY or 7.5Kg/m3 into pre-cast concrete mix
  

• 17 Lbs/CY or 10Kg/m3 into the plaster, gunite, and shotcrete mixes.
  

KF-B

PROTECTIVE & REMEDIAL COMPOUND for coating in a humid and damp environment of concrete/masonry structures with penetration into protected material up to 6” or 150 mm for restoration of liquid/gas impermeability, vapor emitting, resistance to corrosions and structural density. Applies by brash, trowel or spray.

KF-C

PLUG + WELD Stops pressured leaks immediately. Very effective for internal patching of micro cracks and stabilization of bolts and anchors.

KF-D

STRUCTURAL INJECTIONS by KF-D provides reactivity with structure/soil containing minerals. Premixed as 2.5 Kg with 100 Kg of cement or 1 Lb/94 Lbs, KF-D increases granulometric homogeneity, which allows injecting cementitious slurry on a whole depth of damaged structure.

KF-E ADMIX

       ADMIXTURE COLORED ADMIXTURE into concrete/mortar mix (at 3Kg to 12Kg per 100 Kg of cement into concrete mix).

KF-E HARDENER

COLORED CURING COMPOUND on a fresh concrete / mortar surface at 3Kg/m2. Also uses as a dry shake and repair patching material. 

KF-E COAT

CEMENTITIOUS PAINT on concrete/mortar surfaces (at 0.9Kg to 5Kg/1m2).

KF-F

VERSATILE PROTECTIVE FILM provides impermeability and resistance to corrosion of concrete and masonry structures. Apply by spray/brush at 0.5 mm to 2mm thick with 2 to 3Kg/m2.

KF-G

      CONCRETE REHABILITATION SPRAY for renovation of concrete rheological features such as closing of shrinkage cracks, restoration of strength & impermeability by spray of 0.25 ÷ 0.35 Kg of KF-G dissolved with 1 Liter of water on 0.65 ÷ 1 m2 of surface.

KF-H

DECAY SHIELDING MATERIAL for coating of timber, masonry & concrete structures to prevent microbiological decay. Applicable by brush, spray or trowel at 2.0 Kg/m2.

KF- I

THERMORESISTANT SHIELDING MATERIAL applicable as a coating on the heat emitting sources such as equipment, roofs, pipes, chimneys, etc. by 8 Kg to 20 Kg per 1 m2.    

KF-Jet

        ADMIXTURE TO CONVENTIONAL CEMENTS & CONCRETE MIXES to control initial setting time of cementitious paste. Applicable as dry admixture into concrete mixes at a ratio of:

3 Kg of KF-Jet per 1 m3 to get 10 minutes initial setting time;

6 Kg of KF-Jet per 1 m3 to get 5 minutes initial setting time;

10 Kg of KF-Jet per 1 m3 to get 3 minutes initial setting time.

Applicable as a dry premix into cement powder as:

• 10 Kg of KF - Jet per 1 m. ton of cement to get Fast Setting Cement;
  

• 13.5 Kg of KF-Jet per 1 m. ton of cement to get Rapid Set Cement;
  

 

KF-K

ROAD PATCHING CONCRETE designed for fast patching of rocky, masonry, concrete roads and floors by adding of 6 Kg/m3 or 10 Lbs/CY of KF-K to conventional concrete mix to increase viscosity and adhesion. Ready for traffic in 1 ½ to 4 hours.

KF-ASH

ADDITIVE TO CONCRETE MIX containing over 50% of incinerated industrial waste such as fly ash, slag ash or crumbled slag from the weight of cement. Provides stable performance of conventional concrete mix design.   

KF-SEA

ADMIXTURE TO SALT CONTAMINATED CONCRETE MIXES by 13Kg/m3 or 22 Lbs/CY to concrete mixes containing unwashed sea sand and gravel.

KF-aby

RADIATION SHIELDING MATERIAL for X-ray attenuation and conservation of concrete and masonry structures by coating or admixture.

KC

CLASS UPGRADING CEMENT ADMIXTURE for activation of unhydrated cement grains by premix of 1 Lb of KC per 94 Lbs of cement or 10Kg of KC per 1m.ton of cement. Increases SS up to 3 times. Applicable as a microcement.
