Enterprises Inc.” to represent KALMATRON® Corporation, its trademarks, products, and mix

designs from October 23-d, 2009.

Therefore, “Howell Enterprises Inc.” does not authorized to advertize and sell

KALMATRON® products or products under any other brand names, trademarks or codes with

the properties determining KALMATRON® products recognition on any other territory or by

any other business/privet entity.
